Hello. I am a guy who has a son that is 4 years old and he is acting strange all the time. He doesn't want to play with anyone, and is quiet for no apparent reason. I've done a search and now I think that he has child disintegrative disorder. I hate to see my son this way, so I am wondering if there is something I can do to help. Any advice?

It may be possible, but this disorder is the extreme symptoms of which you speak of. There isn't a cure really for this disorder. However, there is a treatment for its symptoms. It involves medication, and behavior therapy. But there is a big possibility that your kid does not have this disorder. I would take him to a podiatrist, if I was his parent.
