Hello there! I am starting a menopause period; I can feel it by my swing moods and headaches. From my friend’s bad experience with HRT I learned it is not so innocent! I heard some rumors about some Chinese medicine used to treat menopause symptoms. Is there a woman who has used Chinese medicine with her menopause problems? All replies are more than welcome!!!
Hi there! Just like you I didn’t even think about HRT, so knowing about my problems with hot flashes, my friend recommended me acupuncture and Chinese herbs! Once I started with this therapy, all my problems faded away and I even forgot that I am in a menopause. Now, my periods are all gone, I stopped with the treatment and have no problems what so ever!
