chronic numbness in both feet

For the last 10 years I get various degrees of numbness and a tigling/itching feeling in both of my feet.I am an avid road and mountain biker and I am wondering if I have nerve damage.

I also have had bilateral foot numbness in variable degrees over nearly a 20 year period. It does not seem to be spreading but is very noticeable.
Color and turgor appears good although I have had DVT in the left leg and to a lesser extent in the right leg. Feet are usually warm with good color. The numbness seems to be slowly increasing in degree but not area.
