chronic referred pain in left side of testical

Hello! I started feeling pain in my left testicle about a year ago. I neglected the pain as I kept thinking it would go away. And it would but it would also come back. After a year, I did become a bit worried. Is this chronic testicle pain something I should worry about? Thx

Well, I believe this is your body reminding you that you have a problem. Haven’t you ever thought of it in that way? Reoccurring pain would certainly make me worried and I wouldn’t wait another minute to visit a urologist, especially knowing that there are a couple of conditions that can cause the pain, and if left untreated could lead to more serous conditions. The possible cause may be: torsion, epidydimitis, cysts and even cancer.
