Hello there! Yes, I heard that apple cider vinegar tablets are good for both lowering high blood pressure and diabetes by lowering blood sugar. However, I don’t think that any of these statements are scientifically proved, I think this is something the users reported.
Apple Cider Vinegar also contains potassium and magnesium, which are good for lowering blood pressure. I heard that ACV maintains good blood flow.
In some researches, it was showed that vinegar itself when taken with high carbohydrate meal didn’t rise blood sugar so high and that increased sensitivity to insulin but just a little bit. However, I know that the benefits of the supplements have not been determined yet! |
