3 months ago I changed pills to cilest and they told me to go back after 3 months to check everything was okay and to put it on a repeat prescription. but, 3 days before the end of the last packet i forgot to take a pill so, as the help sheet said, i took it as soon as i remembered. but, it said that as it was less than 5 days before the end of the packet i should take the next one straight after it, without a 7 day break. But, as it was the last packet of the 3 months I didn't have another packet. I tried to get into my doctors but it was fully booked so i had no choice but to have a 7 day break. why was i not supposed to have the 7 day break and will it harm me that i have? also, once i carry on with the cilest pills after this 7 day break will i need to use a condom when having sex? and if so, for how long after?
