cists on overies and constant bleeding

i have been told i have cists on my overies and for the last three years
have been bleeding constant . the things for the last couple of days i have been bleeding heavy for 2 days clot and having to change my clothes it is that bad .i am worried that i have a burst cist and not what to do i have a bad bad pain in my side and the bottom of my stomach near my privite
and want children soon and the doctors told me to lose wheight and i have to go bac in october please some one give me the feel on it Sad
