clear smelly waterly discharge

i had this discharge flowing out, and is not everyday.. It comes like a few days before and after my periods.. and sometimes it also comes during my 10-18 days from the 1st day of my period.

I only can describe my discharge is clear (i think so as i did see any color in my panty) and waterly with a very 'strong' smell. the smell remind me is just like an rotten egg smell... I am so worried.....is it due to this, that's why i cannot conceive till now...

Before having cyst operation. i don't encounter this problem at all.....

I need your advise...
