Hello!
I have problems with acne and need advice. I am also 3 weeks pregnant! I would like to know if pregnant women can use clindamycin and benzoyl perozide gel.

Hey!
Clindamycin can be used safely during pregnancy. On the other hand, Benzaclin has not been tested in pregnant women, and its safety for the fetus is not known.
Benzaclin is in FDA C classification, so its effect on unborn baby is not known. So, if you are using it or planning to use it, I would recommend consulting with doctor.
