Hello!
I have a problem that has been interfering my sexual life. For the past 2 weeks I have been feeling clitoral irritation and general in this area. The pain happens with the slightest touch and it is very sharp. I cannot wear jeans and sometimes even cannot cross legs.
What to do???

I think best would be to go to a gynecologist, this would be the easiest to solve the problem.
Besides that also clitoral hygiene is very important, on the other hand some women have very narrow openings to their clitoral hood which makes it harder to wash away the built up secretions.
Considering hygiene, it is advisable to try soaking in steamy tub and gently move the skin around the clitoris back and away from the glands. Do not be forceful, because you might cause yourself additional pain.
Best wishes!

Yes, I think you should. It is not my attention to offend you but if the smegma is not washed away on regular bases, it can accumulate and dry out forming small hard kernels under the hood of clitoris. In mild cases the dried smegma may only slightly irritate the clitoris, resulting in a need to scratch it, but irritation can be painful during vaginal intercourse and perhaps when walking while wearing tight pants. Ask your gynecologist about the treatment.
