clomid and spotting

Ok I took clomid cd 5-9 and my dr. told me I should be ovulating 12- 16 cycle day, i had a slight cramping feeling and know that some women can feel when they are ovulating so i took my OPK and got a positive on cd 11 that night I started spotting first a very little bit then a little more but only visible when I wipe after using the bathroom, it's now 13 cd and still slight spotting is this normal for Ovulating or taking clomid?

I've been taking Clomid for 4 cycles now. The first 2 months I made it to CD 29, the 3rd to day 27 and now the 4th cycle I'm started spotting brown on CD 18. What is going on?
