My wife has been prescribed on Clonazepam, 1.5 mg tablet daily dose. She is almost a week on therapy. But I can see any improvement. She is still anxious and it seems to like is confused. I am not sure if Clonazepam is a right choice for treatment for her condition. What I should do? I need more information about this drug. Thanks in advance.

I remember that my friend has been treated with Clonazepam for seizure disorder. Clonazepam is an anticonvulsant, a member of a class of drug known as benzodiazepines.
This drug may also be used for the short-term relief of mild to moderate anxiety. You weren’t specific what the main problem is for your wife, but I guess that is anxiety disorder and that is why her therapist has chosen Clonazepam. It seems to me that she has overdose symptoms like confusion. I think that she has to see a doctor and tell him about how this drug affects her.
