Question hi i'm 28 yrs old, have two kids by c section, and 4 years ago I had my tubes tied, after that I didn't have a peroid for over 2 years then now have uregular peroids with pain and bold clots the size of tennis balls. On my right side I have real bad pains. Went to my doc and he ordered a synogram, outside and inturnel. Had that done and they couldn't find them. Now I'm sure they are there, the tec said some times after surgrys they get misplaced, Thats not normal I thought. Have to go back do do it again. My question is what do you think is going on, and sould I get a secound opion.

What got misplaced, your ovaries? I don’t think I understood that part.

Here is what I think. When is your next appointment? You go there and have another test and see what it says. According to this test analyses you should decide what to do next.

If they don’t find anything again, I would get another opinion then even if I have to pay for it.

As far as I know, it is possible to experience menstrual irregularities, even pain and bleeding after tubal ligation as one of its side effects. Have you talked to your gynecologist about these problems?

It is also possible that you have developed cysts on ovaries that are causing such symptoms. I have cysts on my right ovary and the pain is debilitating especially around periods.

Let me know how it went!
