Hello. I'm 20 year old female and yesterday I have noticed some symptoms that I've never seen before.
That’s why, I’m really scared what it could be! For as long as I know- my periods were regular and light.
It seams that this month- everything has changed. Not only that my period was pretty heavy and painful but I have also changed some dark clumps in my menstrual blood. I don’t remember that any of my friend experience this! What could cause this? I'm not sexually active and that’s the only thing that calms me down! I haven’t told anything about this to anyone!

First of all- I think you really have no reasons to be worried. Although these things could look a bit strange- it seams to me like there is no reason to be alarmed.
I don’t know are you aware of the fact that periods can vary greatly from woman to woman and from month to month and still be normal.
Believe me- you are not the first nor only young women which felt frightened when dark clumps of tissue were discovered in their menstruation.
The most important thing you should know is that this is 100% normal and these clumps are nothing more then part of the endometrium or uterine lining shedding.
