a ladie friend of mine recently had a bladder biopsy/ cystoscopy and was wondering if intranasal cocaine use would in any way effect her differently or should she wait a few days?

Cocaine dilates the blood vessels and increases chance (and amount) of bleeding and slows the healing process after excisions.
