colon problems

for over a year now i have beeing feeling on and off pain and cramps in the lower left of my abdomen. I find it very difficult to past feaces. I only past feaces once per week . I get slight relieve from the pain when i force out a bit of the feaces. What is wrong with me?

you might have diverticulitis. Caused by a low fiber diet. I have it. get it checked out soon, cause it can be bad news. I landed myself in the hospital and almost had to have surgery.
