For the last two months I have been noticing some very strange yellow/greenish vaginal discharge on my panties. Should I be worried and consult a gynecologist?

There may be many reasons of colored discharge out of vagina. They are common and they indicate some sort of infection. The most common vaginal infection is bacterial vaginosis. Vaginal yeast infection is also common, as well as vaginal infection called trichomoniasis. But it is important that you visit a doctor to determine which of these infections is causing your colored discharge. In that way you can do something to get rid of it.
