having had an emergency non cancer colostomy 3 months ago my doctor now says i may now be able to have a reversal. The original surgery was so horrendous I am terrified of more surgery. I live in Spain and so I have langauage problems can anyone tell me exactly what is involved in a reversal and how long the recovery is. also what are the chances of incontinence after surgery I am 54 years old
