I am currently taking microgynon 30, and have been on antibiotics twice in the last couple of months. During my 7 day breaks I have bled as normal, but last tuesday i missed a pill and didnt take it until about 30 hours later. Whenever I have missed a pill before, I have bled a couple of days later. However, since missing the pill last tuesday I have not bled and I am now worried that I may be pregnant. I am only 20 years old and this is really worrying me, I have an appointment at the doctors but I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how likely it is that I am pregnant? Thanks Confused x

When you miss a pill and you bleed some days after, do you use other form of contraceptives? You are aware that this means that ovulation has occurred and that you are highly likely to get pregnant if you have unprotected sex?

Did you use protection this time? It is really impossible to say if you got pregnant or not just because you haven’t bled. Maybe an ovulation hasn’t occurred this time for some reason…..no one can tell.

The thing is that you need to be mature and act smart when something like this happens. You are aware that you missed a pill and that ovulation is likely to happen….so if you do have sex, use additional protection. Good luck!
