I HAVE A CRUSHED T-7 VERTEBRA FROM A FALL IN 2004. I WAS JUST HIT IN A CAR CRASH AND OTHERS ARE HURTING ME VERY BAD. I WOULD LIKE TO OBTAIN A BACK CHART OR REFERENCE MATERIAL INCLUDING PHOTOS AND OR X-RAYS.I HOPE THAT SUSH DATA IS AVAILABLE.
