condom broke, plan b 12 hrs later, spotting for 2 days week after, no period,negative HPTs,pregnant?

Hello Everyone,
I'm 17 years old and not taking any birth control pills, patches, etc. I had my last period from December 22nd until December 27th (a 6 day period). My boyfriend and I had sex on the night of January 5th (technically it was 2 am on the 6th but anyways) and the condom broke after he came inside of me. Lucky for me (note the sarcasm), this day (January 6th), according to the ovulation calculator online, was the day I ovulated. The next morning (January 6th) my boyfriend (18 years old) went to a drug store and bought Plan B and I took the first dose at 11:30 am (almost 10 hours later) and the second dose at 11:30 pm that same night. One week later I had light bleeding for two days (around the 12th and 13th of January). The bleeding was a light redish color at first and then became a little darker, but then stopped completely. Within the first week after taking Plan B I had really bad cramps, headaches, nausea, and I had to go to the bathroom almost every hour. I was supposed to have my period on the 22nd or 23rd of January and it's now the 24th and I haven't had it. I have taken a few pregnancy tests, all of which were negative. I'm also on Zoloft (an anti-depressant) which I've been taking since late November, as well as Vyvanse (medicine for ADD) which I started earlier this year. Is there any way either of these drugs could make Plan B ineffective or less effective? Also, what are the chances that I'm pregnant? I am so scared and I don't know what to do. My boyfriend is amazing and has been here for me through this whole ordeal, but I'm still scared. Help please...I really could use some advice/input/knowledge of the situation.
