Hi, I dont mean to scare you or anything but you can get pregnant this way if some of the semen got inside you. I am a guy and I had the very same thing happen to me, but she didnt get pregnant. However, my best friend did get a girl pregnant in the same way. But more than likely if it was just hanging the cum probably all stayed outside since since you said that your legs were wet. but just remember, it only takes a little bit to get inside you to get pregnant, so be careful. You may want to think about getting on the pill and make him use a condom also. I know it sounds like a lot, but if you're not ready to have a child it is worth it very much. After my friend got that girl pregnant and I saw what a hard time they had trying to raise a child, I decided it was worth it to take all the possible precautions. I hope that I have been helpful. But just remember to be careful, and see about getting on the pill.
