confused about symptoms and on birth control

I am taking birth control pills. However for about a week my breasts have been tender and I have pretty constant cramps in my lower abdomen. I have ten pills left in my pack. Last month i was on antibiotics and my bf and i did not use a condom but i got my period last month. Could I be pregnant? What should I do?? Is it too early for a prgnancy test?/ I would really appreciate a respnse because I am extremely stressed out about this right now. Thanks.
