My fiance is experiencing pain in her pelvic area and kidney area. she has had vaginal pressure folowing urination as if something was inside her. The next day she had spotting non related to her period any answers would be greatful!!!???

It sounds like she could have either a urinary obstruction or an ectopic pregnancy. It could be something else, but taking her to the emergency room, or at least to urgent care, would definitely be on the safe side.
