I fell like pain is congesting day after day in my chest. Few days ago it spread on my right arm. I am worried that this is one of the heart conditions. Am I going to have stroke?

I think that you suffer from angina. It is a pain in the centre of the chest which often spreads to the left or right arm, neck or stomach. Not all chest pains are heart pains. You need to tell your doctor about congestion of pain in chest and right arm so that he can set diagnose right. There are other possible conditions beside angina. Take care!
