consant cold and feeling tired

i seem to constanly have a cold keep getting one after the other and have done for ages, also i seem to feel tired all the while even though i get 8+ hours sleep and dont seem to have much motivation to do things i need to. i also take multivitamin tablets, could there be a reason for this?
