constant, everyday vaginal discharge for 3-4 years

hi, im 14 years old and am now going into 9th grade, ever since 5th grade ive been getting this wet, clear, slimy vaginal discharge, is there a way to stop it from coming every day, and is it bad that i've had it everyday for about 4 years?

Im Am 14 Not to long ago i started my Period.Now even when im not in the range of my Period i have white thick mucose coming out of the viginal area{Viginal discharge}.I have it everyday now and i dont know what to do.Do i need to worry?
