Hello, i am 25 years old. My stomach has been growling as if i am hungry all the time the pain is just bellow the belly button,this is been happening for the past 4 weeks. I get gasses after i eat something and My stomach feels slightly bloated.When i go to the toilet it dark brown, not hard and sometimes has slight blood trace. i have never had a problem with going to the toilet. My sking is slightly itchy and get headaches once in a while and i have never vomit. Could you please advice me.
