constant headche which is worse when i lie down

I fell down the stairs in dec and which resulted in a trip to the ER and 4 stitches....four weeks after that I started to get really bad headaches and pressure in my head and face.I went to see my GP who diagnosed sinusitis and gave me tetracycline and dihiydracodiene and tramadol none of which have done any good Sad

The pressure in my head causes so much pain when I lie down that it's actually caused me to vomit on several occasions.I also have a very big dent in the top of my skull.The doctor said he doubts that my head injury has anything to do with the headaches and keeps blaming my sinuses.I know I dont have sinusitis as i have no nasal discahrge or a blocked nose.Also I feel exhausted all the time.I'm a 27 year old female with no other health problems.Any help appreciated as i'm at my wits end as it's been going on for over 9 weeks now.
