constant lightheadedness with headache

I have been working a lot of over-times in the last 3 months and been under a lot of stress due to amount of work I had to do and lately I started having headaches in the middle of the day with a neck pain. Sometimes I would even feel a bit lightheaded. I was wondering if this is just stress or could it be something else as well.

Hi there. The symptoms you stated look very much like tension headache known also as chronic daily headache. Other symptoms could be nausea and maybe even sensitivity to light. If these tension headaches come occasionally they can be relieved with no-prescription-needed pain killers. But if you have them every day and the drugs don’t work ask the doctor’s help. These headache are best to be treated while they are still mild until they become severe and painful.
