constant nasuea this is ruining my life ++ help

I'm 15.About last monday or sunday i developed these symptoms that have occured nonstop since then until now and basically came out of nowhere. i went through a small stressful thing right before it happened but i dont even think about it now i dont know what could be wrong. and i didnt know where to post this itd be really helpful, its ruining my life!

they are-

insomnia
loss of appetite/ two bites and full
empty thoughts
twitches in my feet at night with leg cramping
constant nasuea from the time i wake up till i fall asleep
direahea (slowly going away)
difficulty swallowing(which has subsided)
heart racing almost all the time
~also when im alone i feel like its the worst~

i dont know if this could be like phenumonia, flu, or food poisioning. i've also been reading up on like depression disorders but i doubt that's it or i dont know HELP PLEASE.

I know its hard but you should have your parents take you to see a doctor. Some of these symptoms can be certain things, some could be another.
