constant urination; UTI?

for the past couple weeks i have been constantly urinating, and immediatly after i urinate i feel like i have to go still and it tingles as if i am getting aroused. what could be the problem? my doctor checked but i do not have a UTI; and then i had him check it again because it was getting worse and still nothing. i have been told it maybe stress or anxiety. if so what could help?
