I have tried so many diets I cannot even count them all. constantly counting calories have become my obsession, i will not say nightmare, it has not come to that, thank God. Anyway these ten kilos of extra weight are something that has been bothering me for so long. Help me please. |

| What you need is exercise. Hard or light, it does not really matter, as long as you are involved in any kind of physical activity. Those extra kilos don' necessarily have to come from fat, it can be extra water (and it probably is, since diets did not work), and it can be removed only by exercise. So, take a pick, there are many fitness programs, sports, even martial arts that will help you. |
