The treatment of internal hemorrhoid may depend on factors like their symptoms and problems they are causing and if they are serious or not. Based on anal/rectal examination, your doctor is the one who should suggest an appropriate procedure.
Some hemorrhoids do not need treatment and conservative treatments and measures may be helpful like regular cleaning of your anal area (with warm water after every bowel movement), drying the area well after washing (but not by rubbing), eating proper foods, drinking enough water and avoiding straining, etc
If treatment is necessary, there are different options like rubber band ligation, infrared photocoagulation, lasers and surgery.
Like I said, depending on your individual situation, your doc should suggest the procedure. |
