constipation, lower back, upper gut, upper front thigh pain

for about a year now i have had problems with constupation and lower back pain. i now have issues with upper abdominal pain as well as some pain in my thighs. i am a 23 year old guy who is in average to good shape. my skin is also getting a little bad nowadays. i feel fatigue as well sometimes. i had a blood test about 6 months ago and was told things looked normal. i'll think i feel fine sometimes, but whne i stop and think about it i have just become used to the discomfort.

i dont know what to think. help me out.

I am about 30 years and from past 3-4 years I am having problem in lower back, left abdomen which I feel radiates to left groin and left upper thigh.
The pain is not pingent, not persistent but very discomforting.
I often have constipation and am prone to gastric infections.
My ultrasound has come normal.
i'll think i feel fine sometimes, but whne i stop and think about it i have just become used to the discomfort.
