constipation and yellow sticky stuff

well ive been constipated for 3-4 days i am 15 years old now and it feels like i cant go at all. The only time i can go is if i take 2 ex-lax then 5 hours later i get some diahrrea. I also have a anal fissure that i can see if i bend over and theres a little slit (i dont know how i got it) Well now today i tried to go to the bathroom no poop came out i strained and strained but when i whiped this yellow sticky stuff (like sperm but in a yellowish pee looking color) was on my toilet paper (there was no poop only yellow sticky stuff) i was like WHAT THE HELL IS THIS! What is this?!?! Im only 15!!! Someone please help... give me an idea of what this is???

ive had a simikar experience. im 21 and ive had it twice in the last 3 months.
i came to this site because tonight when using the toilet, i went to wipe and realised i had something literally hanging out of my anus.
when i removed it, i found it was a strip roughly 1 inch by about 4 inches of what looked and felt like skin. ive never heard of anyone literally crapping out chunks of skin before and wondered what the hells going on.
im kinda embarrassed to go to a doctor about it as i live in a small village where everyone knows each other and dont want to go to my local surgery. also i know quite a few people who work in the hospital and i dont really want to go there either.

if anyone can help, please let me know, cheers.

Same problem here. Its been about four days now. This morning has been particularly bad. My diet hasn't changed at all.

Does anyone know anything about this? How are you other guys doing now?
