constipation primadolphilus use

My stomach gets bloated immediately after had a meal. And it just keeps staying bloated and I can not go to the bathroom. I can not figure what the problem is, but I have constipation, and not just bloated belly, it is also very painful and uncomfortable when I start having gas. Can anyone tell me would primaldolphilus be of help? I’ve heard about its good effects, but still haven’t tried.

I think that it would. I ordered it last week and have started using 3 days ago. My stomach is not as bloated as before and it helps colonize your intestine with good bacteria. You can feel that your stomach works again. It is not only primaldolphilus that has this effect; you can find many products, so called probiotics, like lactobacillus reuteri or bifidus. And else what I can suggest is to try exercise; exercising helps in constipation a lot.
