hi. can someone tell me, when you go for the consultation for rhinoplasty do they give you before and after images?

Yes they should if you ask. Make sure that your surgeon is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and ask them how many times have they performed the proceedure. You can find many photos on the web as well.
