continous burping with chest pain

Hi
I am burping continously, usually after food. I seem to be producing so much of gas in my sotmach and it come out of me as a burp.
I also get a strange chest pain, both left and right side of my chest. I am really clueless, as to what is happening.
Couple of months back i was diagnosed with mediastinal bihilar lymph adenopahy. They could not completely diagnose the cause o fit. I discontinued the investigation as i did not any sysmptoms of being sick!.

Please advice, is my burping some thing to do with chest pain?
