Well it could be anything so the best way to find that out is to have medical control. Anyway I will tell you my story with continued mild abdominal pain I was suffering of. I felt all ok until I have lost my dad in a car accident and some time after this tragedy I started having the abdominal problems that soon have become constant mild abdominal pain. I got really concerned over my health but blood test results were ok as well as X-rays and some other tests were also ok. But finally it turns out that this tragedy triggered my continued abdominal pain and finally I was diagnosed with CFAP-chronic functional abdominal pain. This condition is usually caused by some stressful situation or some traumatic event and my treatment consisted of relaxation therapy or treatment and some other techniques. I also was for quite some time on antidepressants for the continued pain of any kind might also cause depression or frustration and even constant fatigue so the use of antidepressants in those cases are usually recommended.
