Friday it was heavier and brownish color so I called my OB/GYN and she send me to the hospital. The took blood, checked my cervic and did a sonogram. Everything looked good so they sent me home basically on bedrest, which sucks. Tuesday, still bleeding and cramping pretty heavy, blood is bright red now, passing a few clots. So I went to the hospital again, they did the same thing. Baby looks good, in the right place, strong heartbeat. Its Thursday now, still bleeding, cramping etc. I feel like I'm going to miscarry. I'm to the point now that if its going to happen, I want it to happen soon. I can't stand the bleeding and the pain anymore. My period isn't this long. I can't even use tampons. I hate wearing pads : ( If anyone had been through this, I would greatly appreciate words of wisdom. |
I am wondering how things turned out for you. I am 7 weeks along and having the same things happen. I have been bleeding hevery bright red for over a week, but the ultrasound says everything is ok. I am going crazy I can't do anything and my insides hurt. I am not sure what to expect at this point, or really how to feel.
thanks in advance |

| i am 36, got pregnant last Feb and miscarried 8 weeks into it. I got pregnant again 6 months later, and again miscarried 8 weeks exactly into it again. It started off brown mucas, only when i wiped, the first mc was different then the second. the first was brown, then mucas, then next day clots. the second was a little brown, then went right to clots, very painful and heavy bleeding. Both times, the doctor assured me, when i called, that it was just my body releasing blood from a left over period. how frustrating was that to hear when in fact it was the start of the MC. therefore all you women who are experiencing this, i wish you all the luck in the world, some do say that they bleed throughout the pregnancy therefore i hope you guys are the lucky ones. for i still am trying, but no luck:( |

| thanks for all of your discussions on this topic. im 7 weeks along, just found a midwife yesterday, (yey) and then started spotting, dark brown blood last night and today. reading all of your replies here made me feel a lot better! i have a moderate amount on pantyliners and when i wipe, no clots. ill make a call on monday if it persists, but thanks for helping me feel not quite as doomed as i did before reading this. |

| Hi-I'm a 24 year old new mom. I'm 6wks pregnant and im very excited. I just had a miscarriage in february so. im also very scared. I started spotting yesterday. (It was a brownish color.) I went to my doctor for an ultrasound and she said everything was ok. Im just a little scared because I dont want the same thing to happen again. she aso said that she thought seen another sac(possibility of twins) but that sac she seen is not developing. so my question is, How can i go on with a healthy pregnancy and one sac is abnormal? |

| Just fyi from someone having gone through 5 misscarriages and now 19 weeks. Bleeding does not imply a problem, even if your medical professional tells you otherwise. Just think positive and it will work out fine. |

| Hi! I am 8 weeks pregnant and have had brown bleeding every day since conception. I call my doctor almost everyday & everytime they tell me it's okay. 2 months ago, I was pregnant with the same bleeding, and miscarried at 6 1/2 weeks. I'm praying for a miracle this time!! |

|
|
I am almost 7 weeks pregnant and my hub and I had sex 6 days ago and I had a small amt of red bleeding. Each day the bleeding has increased a bit.
I always have something on the tissue paper when I wipe and now I have a small amt of of red blood on a pantiliner. UGH--
With my normal previous pregnancies I didnt have any bleeding. (3 of them).
I had 2 miscarriages and bled quickly with severe cramps.
This morning I was vomiting and then my bleeding increased.
My US on Wed showed cardiac activity.
My hub, (who is an OBGYN) isnt concerned, and Im feeling out of mind not knowing if I will miscarry so I am staying home just to be safe. (I had a D&C with my other MCs for severe bleeding)
I want to have another US tonight to check status.
Man--I wish I had his laidback thought process because I am filled with anxiety!!
This pregnancy was unplanned so my emotions are quite labile.
Thanks for listening:)

Hi there,
Ive been reading through the posts and it helps me feel reassured that everything will be ok, i miscarried in january and fell pregnant again straight away, last tuesday (6 days ago) i started spotting light brown and sometimes light pink but for the last 2 days ive had a dark brown spot mostly when i wipe, no pain, no bright red blood etc, which is completely diff to the miscarriage. Im trying to stay confident i had a scan on wednesday which showed a gestational sac and no obdvious reason for the bleeding, i had bloodwork taken on thursday and having more taken on tuesday to see if the hcg is going up or down.Im hoping its nothing but its so hard to stay positive with a recent miscarriage.I test on hpt's everyday and my lines are still darker than the control line which is a good thing i guess. Ill update and let you all know as there is a lot of different outcomes of this (from what ive read around the web) |
