continuous foot pain

My orthopedic explained to me that the bones in my feet have fluid in them, I was shown the MRI photos today where it was explained that the white was fluid and the dark was regular bone needless to say I had a substantial amount of white I am in severe pain . T Dr said I need to see a Arthrict dr soon due to this situation being severe, he also said my foot bones were slightly deforming. I am still working and dont not thinl this is possible. The Dr said i should stay off work for 6 weeks. I an so overly distraught and have alot of anxiety about this new no named condition and i cna no longer take the pain, every step is an effort but getting up from the couch or sitting position or in the bed be it 10 minutes or 3 hours, is more pain than I can handle I actually scream out as I getting up/i can also have this pain while i am just relaxing with my legs strechted out the pain sometimes move up to my chin. I am begging you or another dr to please respond as soon as possible as i am d e s p e r a t e...... Thank you Crying or Very sad
