I am having hypopigmetation, lighter that normal skin discoloration. I was wonder can I use some topical products for this? One of my friends used Copper Peptide Serum for scars. He is very satisfied; it improved appearance of the scars significantly.

You have skin discoloration and it is not a scar. You dermatologist should tell you how to treat places where you have hypopigmetation. Those topical products, like Copper Peptide Serums or Cellex-C High Potency Serum, with vitamin C are as I know used for wound healing and improving appearance of the scars.
