corona not fully detached around head!!!!!HELP!!!!!

my corona or the collar of my head is not fully detached all around, half of it is, and the other half is like welded to the skin under the forskin behind the head. Im 16 yrs old and not fully developed yet(late blummer) is there something wrong? will it detach fully eventuall??? help please!!!

i had this exact same problem and after about a month of washing it fully and pulling the skin back regularly, it eventually came off with no pain at all.
