I have bad inflammation of a joint (arthritis). I didn’t left home for five days now. It is very painful. It seems I did something wrong at the gym. I used cortisone before when I had inflammation, but I have heard about that cortisone-steroid injections are much better. I was wonder did anyone try with them. Appreciate any advice.
Yes I been using cortisone-steroid injections, they reduce inflammation. They provided me months of relief .They are very powerful and react almost immediately. I used it for my wrists. I think you can try with them since you used cortisone before; it is almost same drug as I know. I don’t know if there is some lotion or cream which can apply on skin, I need something like that.
