cortizone injections, can they cause one to throw up blood?

to whom it may concern:
I have severe osteoarthritis. Earlier today I have bi-laterial strong
dose / cortizone injections.
Now, I am very ill, in a smart amount of pain, nausea, and throwing up blood-----dark to light in color----is this a side effect ----is it narmal?

Well, in my point of view, throwing up blood is not a normal thing even as a side effect. No, cortisone injections should be causing any of the side effects you mentioned and I would have that checked if I were you.
