I was thinking to do cosmetic surgery of my penis, some augmentation perhaps. But first I would like to consider other non–surgical alternatives. I don’t want to risk my impotence, although I want a large penis. Well, all men do I think.

You are right. I got chills when I think on all those devices, pumps weights…risky cosmetic surgeries.
