could I avoid nausea in pregnancy?

Hi. I am a woman that is 24 years old and I am pregnant for two weeks now. I am overjoyed by that fact, but I feel sick every time I get out the bed. It is a classic morning sickness, only I do not know why do they call it morning sickness because I feel bad during the rest of the day also. Is there a way for me to avoid nausea in pregnancy?

It is often for young pregnant women to have morning sickness, but you can help yourself not to have them often. Don't hurry when you get up. Lie and relax. Then get up. Drink a lot of liquid and eat even when you feel that you are not hungry or you feel bad so you can't eat. Avoid spicy food, caffeine and alcohol, and of course don't smoke. Smoking is bad for your baby, and it diminishes your appetite, so t contribute to morning sickness.
