could abilify be slowing down my weightloss?

Because of my schizophrenia I must take Abilify. But this medicine is making me problems. I even think that I got weight because of it. Now I am on weight loss program that includes training and diet. But it seems not to be working. Could Abilify be slowing down my weight loss?

Getting weight is one of side effects that are common in people who take Abilify. It can be very possible that you have that kind of side effect by yourself. About complains of yours, it is not necessary Abilifys effect. It can also be inadequate training program or inappropriate diet. Why dont you talk to your doctor about this issue and with the person who gave you weight losing program?
