could cramping be a sign of pregnancy?

Hi. I am due to get my period tomorrow. My husband and I started trying to get pregnant this month though and although I have been experience some signs of pregnancy.. swollen breasts, feelings of exhaustion, food cravings and increase in appetite, headaches, constipation.. I am also feeling some pain and uncomfortableness similar to when I am expecting my period. I am wondering if this could be a sign too and if any of you who have had children experienced something similar? I have not had any spotting and have also noticed that urinating in the morning for some odd reason feels really uncomfortable. I feel like I want to go again and also feel a slight burn but this only happens every morning.
It is just important for me to know more because if this is not a pregnancy I will need to take medication for my period as I suffer from severe pains. However I would never want to put the baby at risk and take this if indeed I am pregnant. I know only the doc can tell me for sure but just want to be careful until I can see him and see what happens. Should I rule out possible pregnancy because of the cramping?

I have found that everyones pregnancy is diffierent. With my first child we had been trying for 2 yrs with no success. finally quit trying,wanted to take a break from all the stress. 3 months later had all of the premenstral symptoms: sore breast, cramping, bloated, and being moody. but my period never came(always regular). Took hpt on day 35 of my cycle came up postive. so my advice is to wait to take medicine. You just never know what is going to happen. Good Luck Laughing
